Warranty

At Eagle Painting, our aim is to provide our customers with the best residential painting services available. While we’re based in Keller, we also offer that to NRH, Colleyville, Grapevine, Southlake, and Trophy Club.

We guarantee that all of our painting services are not going to peel, flake, or blister for the next three years from the time of application. This is our guarantee to every customer and should you have any exclusion to the warranty that we provide, then we are going to include this in writing in the estimate that we will give you.

Aside from the three-year warranty that we offer for our painting services, we also have a one-year warranty. That’s something that we reserve for our cabinetry services. The following are not included in any of our warranties – rust, mildew, interior or exterior moisture damage, caulk, galvanized metal, as well as horizontal surfaces. We also want to add that the reconnection of telephones, electronics, or appliances is not part of our job or warranty.

What we do provide a warranty for is our workmanship and does not include the paint itself. We would not be responsible for the warranty of the paint and that would instead be the responsibility of the manufacturer. Eagle Painting is also not responsible for any damage to the paint that is caused by regular wear and tear and aging. Any peeling that is caused by anything other than workmanship is also not covered by the warranty.

If within three years there is any defect in the workmanship, then we at Eagle Painting will inspect the affected area and make any needed repairs. The repairs that we will perform will only involve the paint. We are only responsible for repairing the affected area and not any defects or damages to the areas that are not warranted.
